On the afternoon of March 14th, Chen Yuandong, Secretary General of Coated Abrasives Branch, visited Henan Sanders Abrasives Co., Ltd. in Jia County Industrial Clustering Area of Pingding, conducted field research on the development situation of the company and widely consulted the development suggestions of the industry enterprises.

Xu junfeng, general manager of our company, warmly received the secretary-general and his delegation, and visited the production site of Sanders factory. General Manager Xu introduced the production capacity, product structure, environmental protection input and export sales of the enterprise in detail.

As a leading enterprise of auxiliary materials for coated abrasives products, the glass fiber backing of Sanders Abrasives has realized automatic and large-scale production, and the current production capacity has reached 150 million pieces per year. Our products have export to European and American markets with excellent quality, and we have close cooperation with many domestic brand enterprises. Our annual sales amount to 120 million. At the same time, as an emery cloth deep processing products enterprises, successfully developed and built flap wheel, flap disc production lines, to achieve the large-scale production of abrasive cloth polishing and grinding tools.

It can be seen from the site that the production layout of the company is reasonable, the environment is clean and the management is standardized. Environmental protection facilities are complete, the site is basically no smell, the company has been listed by the local government as an emergency control stop limit production exemption enterprises.

Mr. Xu believes that coated abrasives manufacturing enterprises generally have meagre profits, carry out technological innovation, take the road of differentiated development is the future direction of the development of enterprises. At present, enterprises have invested 2% of sales revenue into research and development, and it will continue to increase in the future. At present, the rising price of raw materials has brought great pressure to the production of enterprises. We hope that the products enterprises should conform to the market and become profitable enterprises. We call on the association to strengthen guidance, establish a benign industry ecology, avoid vicious competition among the same industry, and guide enterprises to develop in a benign direction.
