Compared with common flap disc, mini flap disc is more flexible and easier to control.

Application

Mini flap discs with different grit number have different applications:

40 Grit mini flap disc is ideal for aggressive grinding and stock removal;

60 Grit mini flap disc is ideal for medium grinding and finishing in one step;

80 Grit mini flap disc is ideal for light grinding and finishing;

120 Grit mini flap disc is ideal for extra fine surface finishing.

The design of the mini flap discs combine the features and benefits of the common diameter flap disc. A series of premium a high-performance abrasive cloth flaps are mounted on a firm backing in a fan-like arrangement. Mini flap discs have Long service life and wide range of uses include deburring, edge grinding and removal of rust, coatings and parting lines.
