Laser sharpening grinding wheel

2) Due to the small area of laser sharpening on the processing material, the binder between the grinding particles is easier to be removed by laser, which can greatly increase the height of the naked dew of the grinding particles and the space of chip tolerance.

3) Laser sharpening has little impact on grinding wheel loss, which can greatly save grinding wheel material, extend its service life, and reduce loss and cost.

4) Parameters of laser sharpening can be adjusted in real time to adapt to grinding wheel sharpening, so as to achieve more accurate grinding and control of machining materials.
