The surface speed of the polishing wheel is uniform to obtain the best polishing effect, so if a large polishing wheel is used with a smaller motor, the line speed will drop a lot when polishing, and the polishing effect will be affected.

The wheel turns towards itself and runs at full speed. Use a polishing wax against the edge of the wheel for a few seconds to attach the wax to the wheel (do not place the wax on the already polished object). Grasp the workpiece lightly against the tread and ensure that the workpiece is below the horizontal plane of the wheel's center axis, otherwise the wheel may pry the workpiece out of the hand. The correct way to do this is to gently touch the tread with the workpiece and remove the workpiece.

This helps to sharpen the sharp corners of the surface and avoid spots. Add wax if necessary, but do not overdo it. Excessive amounts will cause the workpiece to produce many deep speckle marks. If you accidentally use too much wax, wipe it off with a brush such as an iron brush and reapply if necessary. Do not force the wax onto the surface of the wheel to allow the wheel to rotate freely.
