During the operation of the railway, the surface of the rail will gradually produce small cracks or pits. The rail grinding can effectively remove these surface defects and prevent micro-duration, which effectively guarantees the safety and economic operation of railway traffic.
At present, the traditional method of rail grinding is maintenance-based low-speed grinding. After the defects are discovered, the grinding wheel will be polished along the rails at a speed of 20 km per hour.
