1.Before installing the cutting wheel, check it carefully to confirm whether the cutting wheel is deformed, cracked, chipped, etc.

2. When the hub is too small or the accuracy is poor, it is easy to damage the cutting wheel. Please use it after improvement.

3. When the cutting wheel is marked with the rotation direction, it must be consistent with the machine's rotation direction. On the contrary, the cutting is not sharp and it is difficult to exert the performance of the cutting wheel.

4. If the cutting wheel used don't match the workpiece being cut, it is easy to unnormal wear, poor sharpness, and unnormal heat generation.

5. If abnormality is found during cutting, stop immediately

6. When the cutting is not sharp, trim the grinding wheel. If you continue to use it, overheating and overload will damage the cutting wheel .

7. During the rotation of the grinding wheel, it is strictly forbidden to cut by hand or body touch the grinding wheel.

8. It is strictly forbidden to use cutting wheels for operations beside grooving or cutting. Avoid unnormal due to uneven force
