(2) Abrasives are easy to blunt but do not fall off 

When the belt is ground, if the contact wheel is too soft, it is easy for the abrasive on the sand surface not to fall off but not sharp. If this happens, you should increase the grinding pressure or replace the harder contact wheel or replace the wider contact wheel of the gear or replace the small diameter contact wheel, or reduce the line speed of the belt, etc., then you can solve The sand surface is not sharp.

(4) Blockage of the abrasive layer

Mainly the wrong way to select the belt. If the paint is processed, it is better to use a belt with special coating.
