03 Drawing way

Drawing methods are mainly divided into manual drawing and mechanical drawing. Manual drawing is aimed at small workpieces. This kind of drawing has low efficiency and unstable effect of line grain, so the mainstream is mechanical drawing.

Mechanical wire drawing is mainly divided into flat pressure sand belt drawing, contact sand belt drawing, non-woven roller wire drawing.

Flat drawn wire grain is continuous and long, drawing surface can not have any bump;

Contact drawing is point and line contact, not surface contact;

Non-woven roller wire drawing is suitable for processing some curved workpiece, less heat generated, belongs to cold processing.
